Its pinkish white flower heads bloom in the summertime and have a pleasant smell. Asian mint is often used in dishes, salads and drinks. It can also be used medicinally to treat inflammation, headaches, sore throats and arthritis. The plant is easy to grow and is tolerant of a range of soils, moist to dry conditions, and some shade. It’s an attractive garden addition, providing lots of greenery throughout the year.
